Kawira, a 32-year-old from a rural village, once felt hopeless due to limited economic opportunities. With no formal employment and struggling to make ends meet, she had little hope for his future. That changed when she enrolled in our Youth Empowerment Program, where she received training in agribusiness and small-scale entrepreneurship.

With the support of The Empowerment Echo Foundation, Kawira was able to start a small poultry farm. She now earns a steady income, supports her younger siblings’ education, and has become a role model for other young people in his community. Her success story demonstrates how investing in youth empowerment leads to long-term community transformation.
